The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills. They should be comfortable to multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned responsibilities for their role.

Duties + Responsibilities
|
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products, provide product information, answer questions and offer recommendations
- Handle customers inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell or cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Process transactions accurately using Point-of-sales (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stock racks and displays with merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with setting up special events
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management, such as sales reports and inventory counts

| Skills + Qualifications |
- Strong knowledge of excel and Shopify needed
- Strong merchandising skills
- Have broad knowledge about current fashion trends
- Must be able to properly represent the company to their customers
- Must possess excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail math
- Strong presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired
